Order Processing & Shipping: processes all orders during business hours (Monday-Friday: 830AM-5:00PM AST). In order to maintain the highest possible level of customer experience works tirelessly to ensure that all orders placed before 2:00pm AST will be shipped the same day, with all orders processed after 2:00PM AST being shipped the morning of the next business day. Occasionally due to an unforeseen re-stocking of items a slight delay on shipping of your order may occur, however this is not the norm, and the team will contact you if any major delays are to occur.

Orders delivered by Canada Post will require a signature in order to be delivered and Canada Post will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. Missed delivery? Don’t worry! The reason we have chosen Canada Post as our delivery service, is that they have highest number of post offices/delivery destinations across the Maritimes so there will always be package pick up center in your local community!

Damaged, Missing, or Order Error Shipments:
